GreenFILE & “Buying Green”

In light of CSE Green Week, it seems appropriate to point out a few environmental information sources:

• “Buying Green,” a CQ Researcher report published earlier this year, discusses the marketing trend of greenwashing and highlights ways to truly reduce your impact on the environment. Also available in PDF format.
• GreenFILE, a free article index provided by Ebsco Publishing, allows you to search across several hundred environmental science periodicals. Full text is somewhat limited, though you may be able to link to the full text in one of Mahoney Library’s other databases.
• Points of View Reference Center offers viewpoint essays and periodical articles on several environmental issues.
• Mahoney Library offers over 200 full text Environmental Science Journals, available via our Online & Print Journals page.
