Both McGlade and Krasnodebski have been inducted as honorary members to Sigma Beta Delta International Honor Society in Business Management and Administration along with nearly 50 students who have joined the CSE student chapter, taking on the oaths of wisdom, honor and the pursuit of meaningful aspiration.

Sigma Beta Delta installed its first chapter in March 1994 at Belmont University. Currently there are 310 chapters in 47 states with over 46,000 members. This honor society was established to encourage and acknowledge scholarship and achievement among students of business, management and administration; promote aspirations toward personal and professional improvement and recognize honorable service to humankind.

In celebrating the 15th annual Sigma Beta Delta Honor Society induction ceremony, the business department introduced the keynote speaker, Michael J. Gulotta, former CEO of ASA and Chairman of North America Consulting for Aon. Gulotta spoke of the main elements to success: a good game plan, being unique and demonstrating excellent technical skills.
